Position Overview

The Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Marketing, will manage products within the Uterine Health Portfolio. Responsibilities include shaping vision, strategy, launch, selling, and distribution execution to achieve corporate and division financial objectives in the US and select international markets. The role directs all aspects of product life‑cycle management and leads a team to develop, implement, and align strategies and tactics for successful commercial launch, penetration, and profitability globally. Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

Management of the strategic portfolio roadmap, product development, product launch, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product throughout the full portfolio lifecycle. Team leadership, including influencing and coaching Product Marketers and creating functional strategies and specific objectives for each team member. Development of budgets, policies, and procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Leadership Responsibilities

Proven success in driving downstream marketing initiatives cross‑functionally. Effectively motivate a team and inspire collaboration and success. Align global and local strategy. Prioritize customer needs. Manage day‑to‑day business initiatives and occasionally stretch into broader assignments with coaching and support. Manage and communicate the portfolio budget priorities and updates with a regular cadence to deliver revenue while meeting OPEX commitments. Coach and mentor more junior marketers and recruit and develop talent. Marketing Responsibilities

Assess needs for marketing research and analysis, including voice of the customer. Identify important, non‑obvious customer insights and turn them into innovative new product concepts. Drive the development, testing, and implementation of brand messaging, campaigns, and marketing materials. Identify business needs and determine direction by gathering and analyzing internal and external data. Support development and own execution of annual marketing plans and commercialization strategies. Inspire creativity and collaborate globally. Plan to ensure top‑line sales goals and bottom‑line profit goals are met by overseeing execution of brand strategies with functional departments and external vendors. Strategy Responsibilities

Develop and deploy strategy across clinical areas of responsibility given trends in the GYN and OB markets. Build relationships with key opinion leaders and recommend future strategic opportunities. Lead the team in product launch strategy and execution for capital, disposable, and software products. Maintain portfolio prioritization and product strategy. Work collaboratively across US corporate functions, including sales, supply chain, medical education, regulatory, R&D, medical affairs, and more. Work strategically with sales organization to understand internal‑customer needs and remain tuned to customer needs. Take a leadership role on global campaigns, roadmap planning, and other CSI initiatives. Travel

Ability to travel up to 40% of the time. Qualifications

Strategic thinker with proven executional management skills and track record of flexible agility to multitask. Ability to execute multiple high‑pressure initiatives while meeting committed timelines. Experience with single‑use products and associated strategy across clinical areas. Comfortable working in ambiguous or high‑stress situations, challenging the status quo responsibly. Track record of working collaboratively in a matrixed environment. Proven track record of successful portfolio results. Outstanding interpersonal, time‑management, and prioritization skills. Intellectual curiosity and innovative thinking. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Understands product P&Ls and has basic modeling skills to build and achieve revenue projections. Experience

Minimum 3 years of product manager level medical device marketing experience on a comprehensive, successful portfolio – hospital and outpatient procedure and product line experience preferred. Strong knowledge of the medical device space, specifically women’s health and the office and ASC markets. Minimum 1 year of running annual business planning development and successful completion of management cycles. Education

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree (MBA in marketing, general management, or an advanced scientific degree) preferred. Compensation & Benefits
