Team Overview Networks, Alliances, and High Net Worth (HNW) Solutions, a team in the Wealth Management – Products area, is responsible for the development and execution of the firm's Networks and Alliances strategy, roadmap and standards as well as the HNW Solutions strategy and roadmap. We build, grow and nurture the networks and alliances ecosystem needed to deliver a comprehensive wealth management offering to meet multiple client segments' complex needs through both our HNW and branch channels. Our solutions in focus span many domains, including tax and estate services, business exit solutions, farmer/rancher solutions, real estate, other specialty HNW solutions, and more. As part of this team, you will have an opportunity to shape Edward Jones' Networks and Alliances and HNW strategy, cultivate industry relationships, and collaborate with matrixed teams to deliver against our products and services roadmap.
What You Will Do
Work closely with the Networks, Alliances, and HNW Solutions Director and/or General Partner to develop and execute the roadmap and strategy to ensure Edward Jones has necessary products and services available to meet multiple client segments' needs.
Lead and influence cross‑functional teams across Business Segments, Ventures, Products and other areas to design, develop, operationalize and manage innovative networks and alliances and HNW solutions. Determine the data, insights and analysis needed to inform product strategy and development.
Responsible for referral network member, product or service partner, strategic alliance relationships and/or matrixed team relationships of significant size, complexity, number and impact to:
Manage and maintain their portfolio of services including making recommendations to firm governance committees to add/remove/change products, services or vendors as needed.
Identify gaps and opportunities in products and services. Shape and drive execution of business plans that align with the strategic direction of the firm.
Determine optimal path to market for a given solution across referral, partner or alliance and build and maintain the product or service in line with networks and alliances framework and standards.
Influence the design and development of integrated platforms, systems, tools and processes that create a better client and branch team experience.
Resolve complex/broad product and service partner or referral member issues as escalated. Determine root cause and apply systems thinking to prevent future occurrences.
Regularly collaborate with both internal and external network and alliance peer contacts (e.g. relationship managers, WMFM, Ventures, Branch Teams, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Digital).
Ensure that products and services literature, thought leadership and enablement resources are effective, aligned with key firm messages, and compliant. Lead the design of efficient and effective ongoing processes and controls.
Assist in the coordination and alignment of the partner and/or referral member relationship management activities described above across all Networks and Alliances solutions and firms.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned Networks, Alliances, and HNW Solutions for the firm. Includes advanced knowledge of multiple products and services, features, benefits, pricing, etc.
Lead broad division, firm or industry initiatives and events as needed to represent the product or service line in alignment with firm strategy.
Understand and interpret the rules and potential changes in the tax, legal and regulatory environment impacting HNW solutions. Make recommendations that help shape the firm's position with respect to tax, legal and regulatory issues for these products/programs.
Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and effectiveness of the product line while minimizing risk to clients and the firm.
Mentor team members and assist in the ongoing development of their subject matter expertise.
This position is known internally as a Senior Product Manager.

Skills / Requirements
Bachelor's degree required with quantitative discipline preferred (e.g. business, finance, economics, accounting, etc.).
6–10 years of relevant financial services experience.
Product management, product strategy/development, and or consulting experience strongly preferred.
Series 7, 66 required within 12 months of hire.
Strong cross‑functional leadership and ability to influence without authority to deliver shared goals.
Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex business situations to drive toward action and results.
Data‑driven problem solving and decision making.
Plan, organize and prioritize across multiple bodies of work.
Highly collaborative with solid written, verbal and presentation skills.
Candidates must live within commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO home office locations and be prepared to work in the office three days per week, preferring Tuesday through Thursday.
