Being a key player in developing our strategy consulting business in the DACH region
Nurturing your personal network and acquiring new client engagements
Overall responsibility for consistently excellent delivery of client assignments in different industries and creating impact for our clients by supporting them through the transformation
Leading and developing management consultants on and off projects
We are looking for people who
Have 7-10 years of experience from a strategy consulting firm
Bring an extensive client network in Switzerland with a proven track record
Hold a relevant master’s degree with excellent results
Are true functional and/or industry experts in their field of expertise with the ability to translate knowledge into client solutions
Have experience from several of the following types of projects: strategy development and execution, strategic innovation, turnaround management, commercial due diligence and M&A
Are fluent in written and spoken German and English (C1)
