Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager (Air & Ocean Product) to lead our international freight forwarding operations. This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing the performance, compliance, and profitability of both air and ocean freight divisions. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, strong operational acumen, and a passion for driving excellence in global logistics.
Job responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of air and ocean freight operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and improve service delivery.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of both divisions.
Build and mentor high-performing teams across logistics functions.
Maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and safety standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost and service levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with 5+ years in senior management.
Proven expertise in both air and ocean freight operations.
Strong leadership, financial, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with logistics software and industry certifications (IATA, DG, etc.) is a plus.
