Director Supply Chain
Latitude Corp. invites an experienced procurement leader to drive supply‑chain excellence for a precision metal manufacturing operation. The Director will manage purchasing and materials management functions, ensuring timely production, cost control, and supplier performance across a national defense portfolio.
Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of purchasing, including contract negotiation, supplier selection, and long‑term agreement development.
Partner with production planning and scheduling to maintain inventory levels, material control, and shipping and receiving workflows.
Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with short‑term and long‑term supply‑chain goals.
Establish and optimize the supplier base, ensuring high performance, cost control, and on‑time delivery of critical components.
Provide leadership to Materials Management teams, setting standards for productivity, safety, and quality.
Qualifications
Full‑time, full‑time (40+ hrs/week) role in a company‑owned manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and safety‑oriented attitude.
Strong leadership qualities, role modeling, and the ability to multi‑task and troubleshoot.
Conscientious attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to interface with various department personnel and supervisors.
Physical: Sedentary work, proficient in PC usage and computer operation.
