AI Security Product Line Manager (Finance)

Product Line Manager (PLM)
to lead the vision and execution of
AI‑driven security capabilities
within our SRX firewall product line and related offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Define AI Strategy
– Own the vision for applying Artificial Intelligence to network security products (SRX and related solutions) as well as our SIEM, SOAR and NDR product line.
Develop Roadmap
– Create short-, mid- and long‑term plans for AI integration aligned with business priorities.
Write Requirements
– Author clear, actionable product requirements and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Build Business Cases
– Develop compelling business cases to secure investment and internal alignment.
Executive Communication
– Present strategies and proposals to senior leadership (VP‑level and above) and customers; must be comfortable influencing at the executive level.
Customer Engagement
– Gather insights from customers, service tickets and market trends to prioritize impactful features.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
– Work with engineering, marketing, sales and operations to drive product delivery.
Lifecycle Ownership
– Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to end‑of‑life, including pricing, go‑to‑market planning and enablement.
Thought Leadership
– Position the company as a leader in AI‑driven security through innovative solutions and strategic differentiation.
Requirements
Experience
7+ years in Product Management (security or networking preferred).
Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles and deliver successful products to market.
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of AI applications in network security.
Familiarity with network security fundamentals (firewalls, IPS/IDP, threat protection etc).
Hands‑on experience with Juniper SRX or similar vendor hardware (Cisco, Palo Alto, Arista) is a plus.
Skills
Deep knowledge of AI in software to achieve security outcomes.
Understanding of SIEM, SOAR and NDR technologies and how they apply to security use cases and outcomes.
Experience creating strategies to drive business outcomes.
Experience working with and understanding enterprise security or data center markets and challenges.
Experience with network security technologies.
Well versed in the Security Market with trends, customer deployment models, monetization models and technologies to deliver an industry leading user experience for our network security management solutions.
Background in delivering products to the market successfully.
Understanding and experience to drive full lifecycle Product Management for at least 5+ years.
Ability to define hardware and software product requirements, author business plans, prioritize features and track progress.
Excellent presenter, great 360‑degree collaboration and influence skills.
Strong outbound customer focus and experience.
Excellent written and spoken communication.
Great listener who communicates to understand.
Enjoy working collaboratively and achieving with others.
Preferred
BA/BS degree; MBA a plus.
Location
Preferred: Bay Area (San Jose).
Flexible: Exceptional remote candidates will be considered.
