Tax Senior – Core Tax Services | Greater Boston | $90K–$110K + $5K Sign-On Bonus

This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, summer Fridays off, and a competitive salary of $90K–$110K, plus a $7K sign‑on bonus paid upfront. The firm is experiencing strong organic growth—headcount is up 20% year-over‑year—creating exceptional opportunities for advancement, mentorship, and long‑term career development.
In this role, you’ll support a diverse portfolio of business clients, preparing and reviewing partnership, S‑corporation, and C‑corporation returns. You’ll work on multi‑state filings, contribute to tax planning, and help clients navigate compliance and operational questions.
If you’re interested, you can also get involved in advisory work, supporting projects such as entity structuring, transactional planning, or process improvements—giving you the chance to expand your skill set beyond compliance.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in delivering high‑quality service as the firm continues to scale.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of public accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Experience with CCH Axcess, QuickBooks, or similar systems
A proactive, client‑focused professional eager to grow with a firm that values balance, flexibility, and career development
