We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Planning Associate Attorney to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive estate planning services to our diverse clientele. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing top‑tier legal services. Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice in estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration. Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Develop and implement comprehensive estate planning strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances. Collaborate with financial advisors, tax professionals, and other attorneys to provide holistic estate planning services. Conduct thorough legal research to stay abreast of the latest developments in estate planning law. Represent clients in probate court proceedings, as necessary. Foster and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service. Maintain strict confidentiality in all client‑related matters. Participate in professional development activities to continually improve legal knowledge and skills. Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required. Active member of the State Bar in good standing, in Illinois. 2-5 years of experience in estate planning law. Demonstrated expertise in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents. Strong knowledge of state and federal estate planning laws and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Exceptional client service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Benefits
