Position Highlights

Support both corporate and clinical recruiting

The purpose of this position is to drive and support the organization’s talent acquisition needs by leveraging market intelligence and innovative recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates. This hybrid role will recruit for both corporate/home office and clinical positions while partnering closely with hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process.
Responsibilities
Consult hiring managers on hiring and staffing methods and decisions
Negotiate compensation and other relevant employment details with candidates and hiring managers
Manage applicants and positions through an applicant tracking system
Screen employment applications and resumes, and conduct initial interviews
Schedule interviews for qualified candidates, create interview agendas, and arrange travel as necessary
Meet or exceed departmental metrics related to time‑to‑fill, retention, etc.
Conduct quarterly data analysis meetings with hiring managers
Manage the full‑life cycle recruitment process of qualified candidates for assigned requisitions
Implement ongoing recruitment activities to identify and attract qualified candidates for clinical, non‑clinical, and executive positions using various resources and techniques
Expand social media footprint and join industry affiliations
Solicit candidates through employment advertisements, social and business networking sites, internal and external postings, relevant websites, cold calling, and other appropriate resources
Source candidates through networking, job boards, employee referrals, Boolean search, ATS search, etc.
Attend career fairs, conferences, staff meetings, and other company‑sponsored or mandated meetings as required
Travel as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Work off‑hours when required
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED, required
5+ years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience (preferred)
3+ years of corporate recruiting experience (preferred)
2+ years of talent acquisition experience within the healthcare industry (preferred)
Sourcing experience through multiple platforms, required
Previous experience within a staffing agency, preferred
Previous experience with applicant tracking systems, required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), required
Fluency in English, written and oral communication required
