Responsibilities
Manage the following teams: Technical Accounting, Corporate Controllership, AP/AR, Tax, Internal Controls/SOX, Financial Reporting
Work closely with the CFO and FP&A organization to build and scale the business for an eventual IPO, likely in the next 1-2 years
Qualifications
15+ years of experience with at least 5+ in public accounting
CPA
Technical Accounting background
Prior IPO experience
Desired Skills and Experience
High‑growth pre‑IPO technology company in the AI sector
Experience overseeing everything accounting‑related across the business: Controllership, Internal Controls/SOX, SEC Reporting, Tax
Ability to be on‑site in NYC a few days per week
