Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr – $250,000.00/yr.
Responsibilities
Lead SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
Own SOX processes
Lead technical accounting areas
Advise on M&A transactions
Build out a team!
Qualifications
CPA highly preferred
Public company SEC reporting experience required
Pre‑IPO SEC reporting highly preferred
Desired skills and experience Must have extensive SEC reporting experience, ideally at both pre‑ and post‑IPO companies.
Based in NYC, hybrid!
