What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, project planning, and execution
Create and communicate project milestone documents, dashboards, and success metrics
Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes and risk management plans
Author PowerPoint slides to effectively communicate project details for knowledge sharing
Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholder expectations with company objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
Proficient with project management tools and MS-Office applications
Experience working with diverse groups and in matrix-managed environments
Preferred experience in healthcare, managed care, public health, and drivers of health
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PMP or CAPM certification
Experience in learning and development initiatives
Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools
