What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead complex, multi-team software projects from inception through delivery, managing interdependencies across engineering teams
Collaborate with engineering leaders to evaluate technical approaches and ensure alignment with program objectives
Define and track program health metrics and delivery velocity, utilizing data for informed decision-making
Proactively identify and resolve blockers and mitigate risks while driving continuous process improvements
Interface between engineering, product, design, and executive teams to manage expectations and facilitate alignment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
5+ years as a Technical Program Manager or similar role managing complex, multi-team software programs
Demonstrated ability to engage in substantive technical discussions with engineering teams
Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe)
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with agile methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Direct experience with FedRAMP authorization processes (ATO, continuous monitoring, annual assessments)
Experience with Cloud and SaaS-based product development in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with identity and access management, authorization, or cybersecurity concepts
