Job Details and Requirements

Juris Doctor in good standing with the CA Bar

Minimum 5+ years of labor and employment law experience

Experience taking depositions, handled hearings, and served as lead counsel on a case

Familiar with wage laws, leave, and compliance matters (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, FLSA, and California Labor Codes), policy development, compliance training, and managing pre‑litigation disputes
