Job Details
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
Juris Doctor in good standing with the CA Bar plus
Minimum of 5+ years of employment law experience
Counseled clients and litigated wage and hour cases, class action cases, as well as employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California state and federal courts
Familiar with wage laws, leave, and compliance matters (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, FLSA and Ca Labor Codes), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes
