Responsibilities
Lead all phases of the design process with technical precision and design excellence
Manage multiple projects of varying scale, including mission-critical and secure facilities
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success Oversee quality control reviews and ensure conformance with design intent and standards
Mentor junior staff and support team development
Engage with building codes, entitlement processes, and regulatory reviews
Contribute to marketing pursuits, proposals, and client interviews
Collaborate with national teams and participate in firmwide initiatives
Qualifications
NAAB-accredited architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Architectural license required
10+ years of professional experience (ideally 15+), with leadership potential
Advanced proficiency in Revit
Strong knowledge of design process, construction documentation, and administration
Experience with commercial, higher education, and mission-critical projects
Familiarity with building, zoning, and energy codes
Software proficiency: Rhino (Grasshopper), Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Enscape, Lumion, VRay
Experience with physical modeling tools and environmental analysis software is a plus
Nice-to-Haves
QA/QC and specification writing experience
Familiarity with SCIF and secure government projects
Work Environment
Denver office with 80+ team members across Healthcare, Science + Technology, and Sports/Recreation studios.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
ddition to the above, the Firm is also pleased to offer you: Paid time off totaling 15 days per year, accrued on a bi-weekly basis. Nine paid company-designated holidays. Participation under the firm’s comprehensive medical and dental plans. Optional vision coverage with either new frames or contact lenses once a year Wellness Incentive of $50 per year.
