Base Pay Range
$165,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr
Overview Our client, a growing, mid‑sized, private equity‑backed services company, is seeking a Vice President of Collections & Treasury to join its senior finance leadership team. This high‑impact role enjoys direct visibility to executive leadership and offers the opportunity to meaningfully influence cash performance, operational discipline, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and hands‑on leadership over Credit & Collections, representing approximately 70% of the role
Oversee all collections, credit analysis, invoicing, and cash application activities
Manage customer relationships and resolve complex collection and credit issues
Lead Treasury operations, including:
13‑week cash flow forecasting
Cash management and liquidity planning
Covenant compliance reporting
Bank relationship management
Manage disbursement processes and ensure strong internal controls
Own DSO and cash‑related metrics, reporting trends and insights to senior leadership
Partner cross‑functionally to drive process improvements and system optimization within large ERP environments
Recruit, mentor, and develop high‑performing credit and collections professionals
Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, PE‑backed environment with evolving data and systems
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
CTP certification strongly preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Collections, and Treasury leadership
Demonstrated strength in Credit and Collections leadership at scale
Experience with treasury management, including cash forecasting, covenant compliance, and banking relationships
Proven ability to operate at a senior leadership level while remaining hands‑on and detail‑oriented
Track record of success working with imperfect data and large ERP systems
Experience driving process improvements and developing teams
Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills
History of job stability and long‑term impact in prior roles
