What You Will Be Doing As a pivotal member of the IT department, you will collaborate with business liaisons, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand priorities, and execute mission‑critical tasks. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, optimizing sales and service processes while supporting our enterprise‑wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.

Primary Responsibilities

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with sales, service, procurement, and operations teams to elicit and document business requirements.

Process Optimization:

Map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements using Dynamics 365.

Functional Specification:

Translate high‑level business needs into detailed functional specifications for technical teams.

Solution Lifecycle:

Support the end‑to‑end implementation of sales and service projects, including configuration, data migration, UAT, and deployment.

Documentation & Training:

Create user guides and lead training sessions to ensure high adoption of new systems.

Post-Go-Live Support:

Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and propose enhancements to maximize ROI in the D365 ecosystem.

Platform Integration:

Work within the broader Microsoft stack, including Power BI, PowerApps, and Azure‑related products.

Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a highly organized professional with a proven track record as a Functional or Business Analyst. You should have a strong grasp of finance, sales, or service processes and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, or Customer Engagement). You must be a team player who can work independently while remaining aligned with departmental goals.

Education & Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in functional analysis within ERP environments or customer‑centric business projects.

Required Skills

Technical Proficiency:

In‑depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (CE, F&O, or SCM).

Analytical Mindset:

Expert‑level skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical users.

Adaptability:

A proactive learner who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced IT environment.

Project Management:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
