Overview Lead HR for a rapidly scaling commercial roofing platform with operations across the Western U.S.—build systems, teams, and culture at scale.
Job Responsibilities
Lead all HR functions for a commercial roofing contractor with office and field staff
Own talent acquisition strategy across operations, sales, project management, and field labor
Develop and enforce HR policies, compliance, and best practices (CA labor laws a must)
Partner with executive leadership on organizational planning, workforce development, and succession
Oversee employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Manage benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS systems
Serve as the go‑to HR leader for managers, supervisors, and field leadership
