About the Role The

Senior Director, DSP Commercial Partnerships

will lead the strategy, development, and growth of commercial relationships across key DSP, agency, platform, and enterprise demand partners.

This role sits at the intersection of

partnerships, sales, and revenue , serving as the bridge between DSP account strategy and Demand Sales execution. As a senior leader and player‑coach, you will directly influence revenue outcomes while building scalable go‑to‑market motions, commercial playbooks, and strong cross‑functional alignment across Supply, Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Sales Enablement.

who thrives at building relationships, cross‑functional team environments and excels at translating Partnership capabilities into compelling, market‑facing value propositions that drive adoption and growth with our DSP partners.

What You’ll Do Lead Commercial DSP Strategy

Own and execute the commercial strategy for DSP partnerships, aligned to revenue goals and product priorities.

Serve as the executive relationship owner for strategic enterprise DSPs, driving joint growth initiatives.

Identify new partnership opportunities, commercial packaging strategies, and innovation pilots.

Connect DSP Capabilities to Revenue

Translate SSP product capabilities into DSP‑aligned value propositions, developing differentiated narratives that educate DSP account teams and drive partner engagement in collaboration with Demand Sales and Agency Partnerships.

Partner closely with DSP Account teams to ensure strong execution, campaign health, and scalable revenue growth.

Establish repeatable workflows and communication frameworks to drive cross‑functional alignment.

Drive GTM & Sales Enablement

Build and deliver go‑to‑market playbooks, commercial materials, and training programs.

Lead internal and external education on DSP deal strategy, platform capabilities, pricing models, and negotiation frameworks.

Partner with Sales Enablement to scale best practices across regions, verticals, and partner segments.

Lead & Operationalize

Build, manage, and streamline processes to developing partners and playbooks internally and externally.

Act as a hands‑on leader on key strategic accounts while elevating team performance.

Set clear KPIs and drive execution against commercial objectives.

What we are looking for

7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, DSP/SSP commercial strategy, platform partnerships, or enterprise sales leadership.

Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, agencies, and major demand platforms.

Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships in matrixed environments.

Strong executive communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.

Experience leading teams with a player‑coach mindset.

Entrepreneurial, builder mentality with comfort in fast‑paced, evolving environments.

$260,000 - $280,000 a year

This compensation range reflects on‑target earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and a variable component.
