Senior Director, Partnerships (Commercial) Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr

About The Role The Partnerships team at Equativ manages key strategic relationships across the Equativ Ad Exchange. As Senior Director, Partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving the growth, performance, and long‑term success of our most important partners. Reporting to the VP, Global Partnerships, this role will work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to manage executive‑level relationships, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and drive scalable revenue growth. You will lead strategic initiatives across agency holding companies, brand‑direct clients, and independent agencies, ensuring Equativ’s programmatic, managed service, and curation offerings are adopted and expanded effectively. This is a highly visible, senior commercial role requiring strong executive presence, deep programmatic expertise, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, negotiate, and close new strategic partnerships that drive scalable, repeatable revenue from emerging and existing demand sources

Own and grow a portfolio of senior‑level partnerships, identifying upsell opportunities, diversifying product adoption, and ensuring long‑term partner satisfaction

Lead executive‑level conversations with strategic agency partners, brand‑direct partners, and strategic platforms

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities, providing clear visibility and regular updates to internal stakeholders

Create revenue forecasts for new partnerships and channels, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives

Achieve revenue targets across innovative solutions including programmatic, managed services, and curation products

Partner closely with Sales leadership to support sellers managing key accounts and accelerate incremental net revenue

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to align partnership strategy, product feedback, and commercial execution

Provide actionable market insights to Product and Tech teams to inform roadmap priorities and product innovation

Act as a senior commercial leader and internal quarterback, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams supporting partnership execution

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership within programmatic advertising

Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, data, identity, and demand‑side solutions

Proven track record of driving and exceeding significant revenue goals through strategic partnerships

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial insights and recommendations

Experience negotiating complex commercial and legal agreements in collaboration with internal legal teams

Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides

Comfortable operating autonomously in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and evolving environment

This compensation range reflects on‑target earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and a variable component.
