About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our client's team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
