We are an established Israeli PropTech company expanding into the U.S. market and seeking our first Florida-based Director of Sales to lead our national sales efforts. The role requires a self-driven, organized, and results-oriented professional who is comfortable working independently and managing a full sales cycle and gradually building a sales organization bottom up. Working mainly with real estate developers, brokers, architects and other real‑estate professionals.

Responsibilities
Lead sales activities in Florida with the option to expand to general US sales.
A to Z responsibility: outreach, demos, proposals, and closing deals.
Build and manage a strong pipeline while working closely with our Israeli HQ.
Manage tasks, priorities, and potentially a sales team as growth continues.
Ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term client success while providing insight to our marketing and sales team.
Report directly to Simplex our VP of US sales.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (technology, real estate or SaaS preferred).
Ability to work independently and operate effectively long-distance and in different time zones.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Experience with Monday, Excel, other CRM systems.
Background in real‑estate development/sales, GIS or real estate sales – significant advantage.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new tech platforms.
Advantage: Hebrew speaker.
