Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Trial Attorney to represent our clients in court and handle all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of trial procedures and the ability to effectively advocate for our clients' interests in a courtroom setting.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in court during trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Develop trial strategies and present cases to judges and juries.
Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution when appropriate.
Manage and oversee case files from inception to conclusion, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations.
Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to build strong cases.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on trial work.
Experience as 1st chair in at least several jury trials.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Exceptional oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
