Base Pay Range $160,000 – $200,000 per year

Qualifications
Juris Doctor in good standing with the CA Bar
Minimum of 3+ years of labor law and employment litigation experience
Experience taking depositions, handled hearings, and been lead counsel on a case
Familiarity with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes is preferred but not required*
1800 billables per year
