of hands-on experience in advanced analytics, preferably within a
retail or digital environment Strong proficiency in
SQL
with a solid understanding of relational database concepts Experience applying
predictive analytics and data science techniques
using
Python or R Proven ability to influence decision-making through data and analytics Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Bachelor’s degree in
Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics , or a related field Advanced degree strongly preferred Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience with
Adobe Analytics
or other digital/web optimization platforms Experience with
Power BI
or similar visualization tools Background in
personalization, experimentation, or digital optimization
