Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager for HCAi will oversee and lead healthcare architecture projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality outcomes for hospitals and clinics. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare architecture and a commitment to advancing innovative design solutions in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop project plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Ensure all projects comply with HCAi, and other relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Facilitate communication among team members, clients, and contractors, addressing issues and risks proactively.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality, providing guidance and support to on-site teams.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and executive management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the healthcare sector, specifically with hospitals and clinics.
Proven experience with Revit and familiarity with HCAI guidelines.
AIA and NCARB certification is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholder relationships.
