Account Director
Location: San Francisco, CA
Responsibilities
Sell directly to C-Level leaders while developing relationships with complex Network Solutions customers.
Identify big data trends (Carrier ecosystem knowledge, social media / Content, Cloud Adoption Internet of Things). Share a strong understanding of the data/IP and mobile communications industry relationships.
Apply knowledge of Hybrid, Private and Public Cloud architectures to sales solutions, including the implementation and management of these solutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in articulating key drivers and use cases for moving workloads from Public to Private Cloud.
Negotiate wholesale contracts and close complex contracts, amendments and customer renewals.
Manage multiple pipelines and develop accurate forecasting both monthly and quarterly.
Set sales strategy for large accounts and manage required outputs from ADPs to drive sales.
Assess client business issues, requirements and budget constraints and prescribe solutions.
Articulate, document and present concepts, ideas, figures, action plans, etc.
Analyze complex problems and present straightforward solutions.
Qualifications
10+ years of direct sales experience preferred.
Carrier/wholesale, managed networking, cloud solutions, or IT services field.
Excellent skills with Salesforce.com, analytical tools (Excel or others), and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's Degree required.
