Job Responsibilities Executive Hiring Strategy & Delivery
Design and implement a global executive search framework, sourcing channels, and governance standards.
Personally manage end-to-end searches for priority leadership roles, ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Advise CPO, Executive Committee members, and senior leaders on market conditions, talent availability, and succession planning.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Advisory
Build and lead a talent market intelligence capability to deliver insights on competitor movements, emerging trends, compensation benchmarks, and diversity representation.
Provide quarterly executive market briefs and translate data into actionable strategies.
Partnership Development
Establish and manage relationships with executive search firms and talent intelligence providers.
Negotiate agreements to optimize cost, service quality, and time-to-market.
Assessment & Selection Excellence
Introduce advanced selection methodologies, including behavioral interviews and psychometric assessments.
Partner with Leadership Development teams to align with Assurant’s leadership success profile.
Executive Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
Develop an Executive Employer Branding program to position Assurant as an employer of choice.
Deliver high-touch, differentiated candidate experiences.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
Define success metrics (time-to-fill, candidate quality, diversity representation, satisfaction scores).
Ensure compliance with global hiring regulations and internal standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
A minimum of 10 years in executive search, senior TA leadership, or leadership advisory roles within large, complex organizations (preferably global).
Proven track record managing C-suite or VP-level searches across multiple markets.
Expertise in leadership assessment methodologies, psychometric tools, succession planning, and diversity strategies.
Strong executive presence and consultative influencing skills.
Deep knowledge of market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence tools.
Experience partnering with CPOs, Executive Committee members, and external executive search firms.
Travel
Up to 20% annual travel
Compensation $101,500.00 - $169,400.00 Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
