Senior Overview The Director of Pharmacy provides strategic and operational leadership for pharmacy services, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality medication management. This role oversees pharmacy operations, staff, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence within a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all pharmacy operations and staff Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements Oversee medication safety, formulary management, and quality initiatives Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and administration Manage pharmacy budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships Implement policies, procedures, and best practices in pharmacy services Support continuous improvement and patient safety initiatives Required Qualifications Active Utah Pharmacy License
(or ability to obtain prior to start) Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy Strong leadership and operational management experience Preferred Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Prior leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare pharmacy setting Compensation Salary Range:
