- Manage inbound calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records.
- Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front-office activities.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability for staff needs.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars for team members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.
- Support property management processes by maintaining relevant documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or office support roles.
