Category Information Management Job Type Full-Time Staff Education Bachelor's Degree Travel Security Clearance Required TS Job Description Support the IATD Transformation for various programs by conducting processes and systems analysis, including defect detection and management, testing, deployment, operations, and recommendations for improvement. Collect and analyze documentation describing existing business practices, processes, and tools Use data to measure effectiveness of current procedures, suggest improvements, effectively implement change (process reengineering), and champion continuous process improvement communications. Document core processes using business process modeling notation – process mapping. Visually depict process elements in a manner that educates the user with the understanding and adoption of the processes. Perform frequent data entry assignments as well as other general administrative office functions. Create log sheets, reports, and production summaries for all work performed. Job Requirements Security Clearance: Top Secret clearable, SCI is desired Bachelor’s Degree in business management, business administration, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 2 Years’ experience in program support, business processes, or workflow development Knowledge of process improvement, process re-engineering, process mapping protocols and best practices Collaboration – ability to work with various functions and business representatives to drive solutions Excellent open and proactive written and oral communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint) Demonstrate strong analytical skills, reading comprehension, and attention to detail Ability to collaborate with team members and work independently to identify and create solutions for issues surrounding program management We are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
