Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (HRIS Analyst):
- Serve as the day-to-day administrator for ADP Workforce Now
- Process and audit employee lifecycle transactions (new hires, changes, terminations)
- Maintain HR data integrity through routine audits and reporting
- Create and maintain recurring and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, compensation) xrczosw
- Develop dashboards to support leadership decision-making and workforce planning
Qualifications (HRIS Analyst):
- 2+ years of HRIS or HR Operations experience
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills and experience with HR reporting and analytics
