Job Description Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers run all aspects of store operations, lead their team, set high standards for customer service, maintain product quality, and manage cost controls, inventory, and cash.

Responsibilities

Lead store team and set example.

Manage staffing, scheduling, and cost controls.

Control inventory, cash, and store cleanliness.

Maintain high customer service standards.

Follow all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years old.

Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume environment (experience is a plus).

Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong judgment, math, and multitasking skills.
