Responsibilities
Develop and Innovate: build backend features in Java or frontend components in ReactJS for Airwallex’s embedded finance products.
Collaborate and Create: work with product managers, designers and engineers to launch new services from concept to production.
Understand and Empathize: dive deep into customer needs and use product sense to design solutions that resonate with users.
Measure and Optimize: leverage data to drive decisions, measure product success and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Experienced and technically proficient: deep expertise in Java backend or ReactJS frontend; a craftsman who sets high standards and leads by example.
Empathetic and insightful: strong customer empathy and a product‑centric mindset to create intuitive experiences.
Data‑driven and analytical: use data narratives to inform decisions and improve product performance.
Collaborative and knowledge‑sharing: mentor peers, promote learning culture and coach teams to success.
