What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support Long Term Care Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
Collaborate with business partners to gather business requirements and develop dashboards
Create and automate dashboards in PowerBI for tracking metrics and driving business recommendations
Build and maintain reporting using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and PowerBI
Provide insight and data analysis for strategic initiative projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
2-5 years of professional experience in developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
Proficiency in writing SQL and optimizing established SQL queries
Excellent analytic and problem‑solving skills, with a critical thinking ability to identify trends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with PowerBI and dashboard automation
Familiarity with claims strategy and related financial goals
Ability to build strong relationships with senior management
Knowledge of data analysis trends and best practices in the long‑term care industry
