What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support Long-Term Care Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and develop dashboards in PowerBI
Build and maintain reporting using SQL, Spotfire, PowerBI, and other tools
Handle ad-hoc requests from internal and external parties in alignment with business processes
Recommend process changes based on data analysis and trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
2-5 years of professional experience developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
Proficiency in writing SQL and optimizing established SQL queries
Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with critical thinking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with PowerBI dashboard creation and automation
Familiarity with data visualization tools beyond PowerBI
Background in the insurance or healthcare industry
Ability to build strong relationships with senior management
Experience in data analysis for strategic initiatives
