Job Title: High-Growth Customer Success Role - FinTech, Vista Backed Compensation: $55,000 Base + Performance Bonus (OTE $10,000–$15,000)

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office) in the Capitol Hill, DC area

What You Need to Succeed:

A self-starter mentality with a methodical approach to lead generation.

Competitive and polished communication skills to engage with financial compliance leaders.

A genuine drive to research targets and understand a complex SaaS product.

Eagerness for career advancement—expect an 18–24 month fast track to Account Executive.

A fully completed Bachelor’s Degree

Your Core Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Researching and initiating contact with potential clients.

Qualification: Assessing leads to determine suitability as sales opportunities.

Appointment Setting: Booking demos for the sales team.

Data Management: Maintaining lead interactions and notes in the CRM system.
