Role Description This is a full‑time, independent role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in Chicago, IL or surrounding IL cities. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties by providing exceptional customer service and expert advice. Responsibilities include conducting market research, guiding clients through real estate transactions, negotiating offers, and maintaining an in‑depth understanding of the local real estate market.
Qualifications MUST BR CURRENTLY LICENSED
. Done at least 3‑5 deals in the past year
Active Real Estate License required to practice as a licensed agent
Proficiency in Real Estate transactions, including buying, selling, and managing Real Property
Strong Sales skills and the ability to identify and foster client relationships
Excellent Customer Service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction
Knowledge of the Chicago, IL real estate market and local regulations is a plus
Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a dynamic environment
