Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Broker based in Chicago, IL. The Licensed Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate, ensuring a best-in‑class customer experience throughout the process. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing property listings, negotiating sales or lease terms, conducting property showings, and staying informed about market trends and regulations. Additionally, the role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth transactions that meet client goals.

Salary $65,000.00–$75,000.00

Qualifications

Proficiency in Brokerage and Real Estate services

Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively build relationships and close deals

Expertise in handling Real Property transactions with professionalism and accuracy

Active Real Estate Broker license in Illinois (required)

In‑depth knowledge of Chicago, IL real estate market

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

Experience with relevant real estate management tools and CRM systems is a plus
