A leading global financial services firm is seeking an
Operations Analyst
to join its
Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) – Client Implementation
team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in financial services, client onboarding, and regulatory operations to gain hands‑on experience within a highly regulated, fast‑paced environment.
Operations plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s banking, sales and trading, and asset management businesses while providing essential risk management and control to protect the firm’s assets and reputation. The Client Implementation team focuses on account documentation, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and due diligence for new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Understand various client account structures and the documentation required to establish new accounts.
Perform thorough due diligence reviews, including
Anti‑Money Laundering (AML)
and
Know Your Client (KYC)
screenings.
Partner closely with PWM Advisor teams to ensure client documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner.
Request and process account products such as options, margin, checking, and debit cards.
Ensure downstream systems correctly reflect approved products and services, including cash products, client statements, and performance reporting.
Resolve onboarding and account issues through coordination with PWM Teams, PWM Compliance, PWM Legal, and AML groups.
Identify opportunities to improve account opening workflows and operational processes.
Manage client expectations while maintaining a high standard of service and accuracy.
Basic Qualifications
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook) and web‑based applications.
1+ years of experience within financial services, preferably in
AML, Compliance, or Client Onboarding/Regulatory Operations .
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Sound judgment and strong problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Active
Series 7, 9, 10, or 4
licenses.
Prior experience supporting high‑net‑worth or PWM client onboarding processes.
