Electrical Engineers and Electrical Designers are responsible for the design, coordination, documentation, and delivery of electrical building systems for

an “Anonymous Client” Sector . Experience may include engineering calculations, design documents, coordination, project management, technical leadership, and business development. All team members are expected to uphold a client‑centric mindset, demonstrate quality and integrity, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and continuously learning environment. Power Systems Design & Distribution Medium Voltage Design Emergency & Standby Power Generation Lighting Systems & Controls Design Lightning Protection Grounding Design Fault Current & Overcurrent Coordination Studies Arc Flash Studies Emergency Egress Illumination Solar & Wind Power Design Responsibilities

Prepares design documents under supervision. Assists with engineering calculations, basic design tasks, and research. Supports review of shop drawings and participates in field verification. Collaborates with staff to understand client requirements and serves as liaison. Supports project coordination activities under senior guidance. May participate in business development activities and attend events. Fosters a client‑centric mindset and assists with client communication. Visits job sites for observation and professional development. Seeks to expand knowledge and fill gaps in expertise. Develops proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office. Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 1 year of experience (or 4 years with a high school diploma). Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam preferred. Basic proficiency in engineering design and knowledge of A&E industry standards. MEP/Construction industry experience preferred. Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu. High technical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other engineering design software. Clear communication and willingness to ask questions. Accountability, reliability, and ethical behavior. Commitment to accuracy and quality. Collaboration and receptiveness to feedback. Benefits
