Develop and implement a long-term growth strategy for specialty pharmacy services.
Identify market opportunities, emerging therapies, and evolving patient needs to guide expansion.

Lead planning, design, and execution of new specialty pharmacy sites.
Establish scalable operational models that ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence across locations.
Build strong community and provider relationships to support site expansion.

Drive continuous improvement in clinical services, distribution, and patient support programs.
Develop payer, provider, and manufacturer relationships to expand access and optimize reimbursement.

Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and multi-site management.
Strong knowledge of specialty drug therapies, payer models, and regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with operational detail and execution.
