Base pay range: $135,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Brief Description As the Senior Brand Manager you will play an essential role on our Marketing team, supporting the growth of the Lundberg Family Farms brand. In close collaboration with the Senior Director of Marketing & Ecommerce, this position manages our brand and product portfolio, leads key initiatives, and drives business performance. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and eager to make an impact through purposeful brand building and innovation. They will be someone who is a leader among peers and demonstrates the Lundberg Family Farms values.
This is a hybrid role with 1-2 ,3 day weeks, onsite per month.
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Growth
Serve as a steward of the Lundberg Family Farms brand, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Lead the definition of the brand and ideas reflecting the promise and voice.
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across digital, shopper, PR, and social channels.
Collaborate on setting and achieving annual goals for brand awareness, trial, and loyalty.
Business Management & Performance
Own the P&L for multiple product categories, optimizing performance to deliver annual business objectives in revenue, net margin, and operating profit.
Oversee and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient, high-impact investments.
Use data and insights to identify trends, inform strategy, and drive continuous improvement.
Innovation & Portfolio Development
Identify opportunities for product innovation, renovation, and packaging updates.
Lead business cases, product briefs, and launch plans for new and reformulated products.
Ensure the final holistic proposition reflects the needs of the consumer, delivers on brand promise and guardrails, and delivers revenue and margin goals.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or related marketing roles—preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and gain buy-in across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong business acumen and P&L management experience.
Data-driven with advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen/IRI, etc.).
Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
