Director, Enterprise Program Leadership Strategy Realization Join Bristol Myers Squibb and lead the planning, execution, and completion of enterprise‑wide programs that advance strategic initiatives and deliver measurable value to the organization.

Overview This role reports directly to the Vice President of the Strategy Management Office (SMO). The Director drives realization initiatives to ensure the successful execution of strategic imperatives, coordinating initiative teams and SMO resources while applying industry best practices and fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure successful execution of realization initiatives that support BMS strategic imperatives.

Serve as subject‑matter expert and problem solver for divisional leaders, independently developing hypotheses, frameworks, and methodologies.

Coordinate initiative teams and SMO resources in partnership with Initiative Leads and SMO Leaders; implement industry best practices and innovations for world‑class solutions.

Manage end‑to‑end project execution—planning, execution, and completion—ensuring on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget delivery.

Track performance metrics to evaluate and report on the success of strategic initiatives; present program outcomes and insights to senior leadership.

Capture value by monitoring progress, highlighting risks, and ensuring tangible benefits and measurable results.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and align teams to achieve strategic goals through change management techniques.

Identify opportunities for process enhancement and innovation, driving continuous improvement.

Manage communications to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption of recommendations and solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

BS/BA, MBA, or advanced degree in science or business.

2‑5 years of management consulting experience in the pharma or life sciences industries, or equivalent experience.

10‑12+ years of industry experience in pharma or life sciences, including operational excellence, business process improvements, optimization, data analytics, and/or programming (Python).

Project Management Professional certification (preferred).

Track record of developing action plans, executing/implementing them, and leading projects that delivered value (PMMP preferred).

Demonstrated results in large transformational efforts or complex consulting environments.

Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders to drive organizational outcomes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex information into actionable frameworks.

Financial acumen and experience with financial systems, analytics, planning, forecasting, actuals, and reporting.

Experience navigating complex matrix environments.

Proficient communication and presentation skills.

Superior problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Strong financial and business planning skills.

Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.

Compensation Overview Princeton, NJ – $198,820 – $240,917 (base salary). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available depending on eligibility.
