  • Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently to optimize time management.
  • Draft and respond to email correspondence in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to complete various administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Support team operations by handling general administrative duties and assisting with project coordination.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
