We are looking for a
Legal Counsel
to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.
What you will be doing?
Structuring cooperation with the Bank’s partners in the area of Receivables Purchase Agreements and Banking as a Service products and fronting.
Reviewing and drafting agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with business needs.
Identifying and resolving legal issues, providing clear and practical advice to internal stakeholders.
Supporting the structuring and adjustment of new products to receivables purchase activities, BaaS and fronting.
Skills you should have
At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector.
Proven experience in providing legal support for product implementation.
Expertise and experience in receivables purchase deals.
Fluency in English.
Preferred: professional title of Attorney‑at‑Law.
