Administrative Assistant Tax Season Support
Our client in Richmond is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide essential support during tax season. This role focuses on organizing and processing client tax documents in a professional environment.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant Tax Season Support
Location: Onsite Richmond, VA
Duration: JanuaryMay 2026
Responsibilities:
- Review client tax documents (paper and electronic) for 1040 preparation and identify required submissions.
- Organize and prepare tax documents following established procedures.
- Scan and upload documents into the firm's secure document storage system.
- Create electronic binders and upload files to organizing software.
- Maintain knowledge of tax documentation processes and scanning protocols.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy of all client information.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with paper and electronic files.
- Familiarity with scanning and document management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
