Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to senior executives and ensure a seamless experience for our most valued clients. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executives and high-profile clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential documents.
- Organize and facilitate client meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records, track expenses, and assist with budgeting and administrative tasks.
- Support special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per hour
