Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Seeking an experienced
Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant
with multiple upgrade and implementation experience, covering all modules of Oracle HCM. This position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders, own end‑to‑end responsibility and accountability in driving activities such as gathering requirements, conducting conference room pilots, configuring the system, as well as coordinating system integration testing, user training and acceptance testing.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Must also have at least three years of progressive experience in the specialty.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
Extensive experience in at least four modules among Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting and Absence.
Knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
Experience providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.
Ability to recommend roadmaps to close performance gaps and develop high‑level implementation plans.
Identification of functionality gaps and development of solutions for them.
Understanding of a client’s current state process and development of future state recommendations.
Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.
Lead and conduct CRP, SIT and UAT.
Developing end‑user documentation and training materials.
Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle hands‑on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (ability to query transactions or link between tables).
Working experience on Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting and Absence.
Experience working with SQL queries.
Production support experience in Fusion Cloud projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a global delivery model with offshore teams as an onsite coordinator.
